Policy

• All services are guarantied for seven days from service date, any redo's after seven days may be subject to additional charges.

• Toners are a service and they are temporary, however your operator should recommend one of our Davines toner shampoos to help keep your color it best.

• B beautiful does not give refunds. Nevertheless we offer clients the right to return products for a store credit that may be used for product or service.

• All service redo's must be performed by the original operator, clients may request a service check by Josh or Steven in the hair department Mary Ann in esthetics and Jo in nails.

• Bleaching - clients that request full head bleaching services may not book a retouch bleach within thirty days of prior service. We value each client and try hard to make sure that even the harshest of services do not critically damage the hair and/or your skin.
